Known to many, the
Administration building is chockfull of tales of yore. One of the most grisly
was the usage of the basement as a torture chamber for prisoners of war during
the Japanese Occupation. Screams and rattling chains would unsettle the Fine
Arts division, forcing them to change location. Some say the hauntings prevail
to this day.
